Craig Patterson

Sales Manager

With a career spanning more than 18 years, Craig has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the travel industry and has worked in various roles. Most recently he has headed up the Scottish sales team for a direct competitor. Using his wealth of experience in the travel industry he succeeds in tailor making solutions to match every individual client’s requirements.

Carol Martin

Client Services Manager

Carol has vast experience in various areas of the travel industry and capitalises on her business development experience in her role of Client Services Manager. Carol’s specialty is in the implementation and ongoing management of corporate accounts with a clear focus on ensuring the highest standards of service are a norm for our clients. Carol provides clients with a dedicated contact for all client services requirements including: management reports, contracts, specially negotiated rates with suppliers and all service enquiries.
