British Airways No-show Policy

British Airways has recently changed the timescales for their no-show process. Where a passenger no-shows for any flight, British Airways will cancel the associated return or onward flights within the itinerary.

Until recently this process took place around 24 hours following the no-show. British Airways will now cancel the return segment within an hour or two of the no-show. This process applies to all bookings across all classes and fares.

This will affect all travellers who do not travel on a booked flight and do not advise Colpitts or cancel the flight in advance of travel. If there are other flights within the same itinerary, BA will cancel these flights also.
It is vital that any duplicate flights within an itinerary which are no longer required are cancelled in advance of travel to avoid a no-show.

Passengers who arrive late for a flight and subsequently miss it should contact Colpitts immediately to ensure their itinerary is updated and any missed flights are cancelled from their bookings.
