Automated flight reminder

We are pleased to announce that our new flight reminder system is now operational. Travellers who book their flights through Colpitts will now receive email notification of their forthcoming itinerary 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight.

The email will include a link to airlines online check-in pages which will provide a quick and simple way to select your seats and check-in for your flights prior to arriving at the airport.

This reminder will also be a useful prompt for travellers to cancel or change any unwanted flights and reduce the costs involved with no-shows or same day changes.
